We currently ship across India. International shipping is available upon request—please contact our support team for more details.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or personalized jewellery may require additional processing time, typically 3-4 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping on all orders. For express delivery (Additional charges apply)

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (India): 6-7 business days.

  • Express Delivery (India): 4-5 business days (Additional charges apply).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email and phone number. You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

6. Packaging and Security

All jewellery is securely packed and shipped in tamper-proof packaging. If the package appears tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team. In case of lost shipments due to courier issues, we will assist in tracking or reshipping the order as per our discretion.
